Paul Thompson, MBA Vice President Paul Thompson works primarily on cross-border Licensing and Alliance transactions, Acquisitions and Divestitures. Paul joined FPG in 1998 upon his graduation from Business School and was responsible for analytical and transaction support work in the Pharma/Biotech, Medical Equipment and Diagnostics sectors. From 2002 until 2009 Paul also worked at the biotech business development consultancy, and FPG affiliate, Capel Thompson & Homer. From 1993-1997, he was employed by Astra Pharmaceuticals (UK) Limited where he focused on product sales and marketing, training and area management. Former Captain in the British Army and graduate of the University of Southampton, the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, the Institute of Personnel and Development, and Cranfield University School of Management.
