Alan P. Kral Vice President Alan Kral joined Gargoyle Partners in 2003 as a Vice President and FPG in 2005 as a result of the firm’s merger. He is responsible for the execution of M&A advisory mandates. Alan has eight years of investment banking experience involving the execution of M&A and capital raising transactions for clients across several industrial sectors. While at Gargoyle Partners, Alan was involved in a many successful transactions for clients, including the divestment of Holsten, Finnish Chemicals, Cresco and Verigen. Prior to joining Gargoyle Partners, Alan was an Associate in the investment banking division of Deutsche Bank in London. During his last two years at Deutsche Bank, he worked in the M&A department focused on transactions in the Technology, Media and Telecoms industries. Alan worked in the Technology Investment Banking Group for Deutsche Bank in London and BT Alex. Brown, originating and executing capital-raising and M&A transactions for technology companies. Alan graduated from the Brown University, where he obtained a BA with a dual concentration in International Relations and Economics.
