Tim Boyd Australian Representative Tim is responsible for Ferghana Partner's activities in Asia including Australia - US cross border transactions in M&A, Equity Financings and Licensing. Tim joined PricewaterhouseCoopers at the commencement of his career in the field of Lifesciences and was promoted quickly through to a senior position in Asia. Prior to joining Ferghana, Tim was founder and Executive Director of Fusion Life Sciences - a company that provides multidisciplinary drug development services and part time management teams for life science companies; founder, President and CEO of Pico Pharmaceuticals - a cancer and infectious disease company spun out from the Einstein College of Medicine in New York; CEO of Marinova - a natural products discovery company and GM Business Development of IRL GlycoSyn a cGMP small molecule manufacturing company. Tim earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Melbourne, a Master of Business and Technology from the University of New South Wales and an Engineering Diploma from the Canberra Institute of Technology.
