Stephen J. Bingham, PhD, MBA Vice President Steve Bingham joined FPG in 1999 and is responsible for transaction execution and support across all life science sectors. Steve has ten years of transaction experience involving the execution of M&A and Corporate Partnering assignments. Prior to joining Ferghana, Steve had worked in the life science industry for eight years for Unilever, ICI and European Colour, predominantly on technology transfer projects, where he was responsible for initiating, evaluating and managing the development, scale-up and commercial manufacture of new product opportunities. Whilst at European Colour, he was also responsible for sourcing and evaluating new external technologies for in-house implementation, which culminated in the introduction of a number of key technologies to facilitate product development improvements. Steve is a graduate of the Brunel University, Middlesex, where he obtained a BSc Honours degree in Industrial Chemistry; PhD in Chemical Synthesis; MBA from Imperial College, London specializing in Corporate Finance.
